Other back office systems and integrations
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This article answers the questions we are asked most about systems AdvisoryAI does and does not connect to, and what to do when your system is not on the list.
AdvisoryAI connects to four back office systems, to SharePoint, and to Outlook and Google calendars. For anything else, the route is a document: export it and drop it in, and Atlas, Evie and Emma work from it the same way.
Before you begin
- Integrations live under Tools & Settings, then Integrations. Each user connects their own accounts there.
- Have a PDF export to hand from any tool that is not integrated; that is the fallback for every question below.
Back office systems
Which back office systems does AdvisoryAI integrate with?
Intelliflo, Curo, Plannr and Xplan.
Each one pulls a client's fact-find data and documents into AdvisoryAI and, after a meeting, pushes hard facts back into the fact find through a review screen you confirm section by section. The setup differs by system; see the articles below for yours.
Do you integrate with WealthCraft?
No. There is no WealthCraft integration.
Export the client's fact find and documents from WealthCraft and upload them to the client in AdvisoryAI, or attach them when you create a report.
Is there a way to connect Dynamic Planner directly?
Not directly. Dynamic Planner data reaches AdvisoryAI through Intelliflo, or as a PDF you upload.
If Dynamic Planner writes into a fact-find field that the Intelliflo integration covers, or saves its report to the client's Intelliflo documents, that comes across on the next refresh. Otherwise download the risk report as a PDF and drop it into the client's documents or the report inputs. It takes a few seconds and the figures are read in full.
Is there an integration with FE Analytics for research?
No. Do the research in FE Analytics, save the output as a PDF and drag it into the platform.
The PDF is read like any other input, so the fund data can be used in the report.
My client data or tasks live in a tool that is not listed. Can you connect to it?
No. Where a system is not on the list above, use SharePoint for documents and the calendar integration for meetings.
Documents from any tool can be dropped into a client's record, into a report's inputs or into an Atlas chat. If you would like an integration considered, email support@advisoryai.com with the name of the system and what you would want to flow between it and AdvisoryAI.
Microsoft, Google and meeting platforms
Does it integrate with the rest of Microsoft, such as Copilot and Teams?
There is no Copilot integration. Teams meetings are supported, along with Zoom and Google Meet, through your calendar.
Connect Outlook under Tools & Settings, then Integrations, and Evie joins the Teams meetings in your calendar. SharePoint is also supported for documents.
What does the Outlook integration access?
Your calendar only. It does not read your emails or anything else in Outlook.
A breakdown of the permissions requested is available for your IT team on request from support@advisoryai.com. If a calendar connection shows as expired, check that the email you signed in with matches the calendar you expect, then reconnect.
Why is Google Meet involved when we do not use it?
It is not involved unless a meeting in your calendar uses it. Evie joins whatever video link is on the invite.
Evie reads your Outlook or Google Calendar and joins the meeting link on each invite, whether that is Teams, Zoom or Google Meet. If you only use Teams, Evie only ever joins Teams.
Next steps
- Connect your calendar first, then your back office system, under Tools & Settings, then Integrations.
- For a tool that is not integrated, run one report with its PDF export as an input and check the figures came through.
