Set up your Plannr Integration

Connecting Plannr links your Plannr account to AdvisoryAI, so client and back office data can flow between the two systems without manual copying. Once connected, you set up the link once and manage it from the Integrations page. This article walks you through connecting Plannr, step by step, and how to confirm the connection is active.

Before you start

You need your Plannr sign-in details to hand. You will be asked to sign in to Plannr and approve access during the process.

Connect Plannr

  1. Open Tools & Settings at the bottom of the sidebar.

  2. Select Integrations.

  3. Find Plannr in the list and click Connect.

  4. You are taken to a Plannr sign-in page. Sign in with your Plannr details.

  5. Select the account you want to use and approve access for the app.

  6. You are returned to the Integrations page. Plannr now shows a Disconnect button, which confirms you are connected.

Confirm the connection

If Plannr shows a Disconnect button on the Integrations page, the connection is active. To remove the integration later, click Disconnect.
