Renaming Your Evie Notetaker

By default, your note-taker bot joins meetings under the name Evie.

If you'd prefer it to appear under a different name you can change this in your settings.

For example:

  • You might want to name Evie using your own name, say, 'John's Notetaker"

  • You may want to name Evie using the name of your organisation, such as, 'John Wealth Management Notetaker'

How to Rename Your Bot

  1. Navigate to the Meetings tab

  2. Click Settings in the top right corner

  3. Find the Bot Name field

  4. Enter your preferred name and click Update
