What information can Atlas read from your back-office system?

Last updated: July 28, 2026

Atlas can read client data and documents from your back-office system once it's connected and synced with AdvisoryAI.

How it works

Connecting your back-office happens in two steps. First, you sync a client from your CRM, which brings across both their documents and a set of structured data fields, such as personal details, review dates, and portfolio values. From there, Atlas reads from that synced data whenever you ask it a question — it isn't querying your CRM directly, so the information Atlas has is only as current as your last sync.

The exact fields available, and how clients get added, depend on which back-office you use. See below for your system.

1. Intelliflo

Clients are added from Intelliflo one at a time. To keep Atlas up to date, you'll need to re-sync a client whenever there's new information available on Intelliflo.

Once synced, Atlas reads:

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • Marital status and date

  • NI number

  • Nationality and place/country of birth

A few common questions

Do I need to set anything up beyond connecting?
Once your back-office is connected Atlas can read their data and documents automatically from what you sync to the platform.

Is my data shared with anyone else?
No. Atlas only reads data from your own synced clients, and it isn't shared with other advisers or firms.

Can paraplanners access this too?
Yes — anyone with access to a client in AdvisoryAI can ask Atlas about their synced data and documents.

What if a field I need isn't listed?
Supported fields depend on what your back-office makes available. If something you need isn't listed, contact support and we'll look into it.
