Sending Email Summaries with Atlas
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Atlas can draft outreach emails to clients based on opportunities you've discussed or identified, and let you send them without leaving the chat.
Drafting an email
Ask Atlas to draft an outreach email to a specific client, describing what you want to cover. For example, you could ask Atlas to draft an email suggesting a client invest some unused cash into a Stocks and Shares ISA.
Atlas will return the draft as an editable card, including a subject line, a short explanation of the opportunity, and a closing paragraph.
Editing the draft
You can ask Atlas to revise the draft directly in the chat. For example, you could ask it to make the email shorter, more casual, or under a specific word count.
Atlas will update the card with a new version based on your instructions.
Sending the email
From the card, you can choose to send the email via Outlook or Gmail. Atlas will open your mail app with the client's email address and subject line already filled in.
However, it's important to flag that sometimes due to limitations on Microsoft and Google's side, the email body may not carry across automatically, and as such you'll need to paste it in before sending.
