Atlas: Searching Your Meeting Transcripts and Reports
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Getting Started
Open Atlas and ask a question. Atlas reads your full library of meeting transcripts and reports automatically.
Your entire meeting history is already available. You don't need to re-run, re-upload, or re-record. Whether it's asking for your client's pension information, or the name of their new child, Atlas can help you both before and after your meetings so you provide the best advice possible.
With Atlas, you never need to manually search for client information again . With one prompt, whatever information you need from your transcripts or reports is there.
Finding available transcripts
Ask Atlas something like "what are the latest transcripts available for clients?" and it will list the clients it has transcripts for, based on your recorded meetings.
This is a useful starting point if you want to check what data Atlas already has before asking a more specific question.
Getting a meeting summary
Once you know what's available, you can ask Atlas to summarise recent meetings. For example, you could ask for a summary of your last three meetings.
The more specific you are, the better the result. A vague request, such as simply asking for "a summary," might come back too short to be useful, or far longer than you need. Instead, tell Atlas exactly what you want, for example:
How many bullet points you want per section
Whether you want next steps or actions included
How many meetings or clients to cover

FAQ
Which meetings can Atlas search?
All meetings with a transcript or report in AdvisoryAI, past and recent.
Do I need to turn this on?
No. Atlas features Already active for all users.
Does Atlas read the full transcript or just the summary?
Both. It draws on the full transcript and any generated report. Think of it as your personal assistant able to recall all information it has. Atlas can even summarise information across multiple clients, helping you support business development opportunities.
Can it read transcripts recorded on mobile?
Yes, as long as the meeting was successfully transcribed.
Is my meeting data shared with other advisers?
No. Atlas only searches your own transcripts and reports. Unless you have a paraplanner / paraplanner plus license and then Atlas can provide context from meetings of other advisers.
What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
Be more specific. Include the client name, a timeframe, or the topic. "What did I discuss with James Murray about his ISA in January?" works better than "What did we talk about?". The output of an AI prompt is only as good as the input.
